I've shot six rolls of this HP5 at a concert and the medium contrast handled the stage lights beautifully, pulling detail from the shadows without blowing the highlights. Pushed it to 1600 in a pinch and the grain stayed tight enough for 8x10 prints.

That medium contrast is exactly what I’ve been hunting for—skin tones hold up nicely in daylight, and pushing it a stop for indoor shots still keeps the grain manageable. 36 exposures flies by when you’re shooting action, so I’m already grabbing another box.
