The Phottix Raja series opens like an umbrella and is ready to use in seconds (yes, seconds). No anxiety. No frustration. No “questionable” language. Pop it open, add the baffle, diffuser and grid – mount on your studio light. Simple. Before you can say “Hail to the King,” you’re ready to shoot.

The Phottix Raja Quick-Folding Softboxes come with a Phottix-compatible S-Mount (Bowens). Swappable mounts for Elinchrom and Profoto are available (sold separately)

The Phottix Raja Quick-Folding Softboxes come in two sizes: 60cm (24") and 80cm (32"). Deep Softboxes are loved by professional photographers – and for good reason: They produce a more directional light with greater contrast than traditional softboxes – with more even illumination. They are versatile – offering different looks by adding or subtracting the baffle and or diffuser.

Thomas ★★★★★

I've been using this softbox for portraits and the quick-fold mechanism is a lifesaver during shoots. The included grid gives me really nice control over light spill.

Benjamin ★★★★★

Set up this 60cm softbox in under ten seconds on my first try, which was a relief after fighting with traditional frames for years. The build feels solid enough for regular studio use, and the umbrella-style opening mechanism really does work smoothly every time.

Jason K. ★★★★★

I was dreading the setup but this thing popped open in about three seconds, which is honestly a game changer. The diffuser sits flush and the grid slides on without any of that awkward wrestling I'm used to.
