The magnetic breakaway feature is a lifesaver during shoots—lets me quickly detach without worrying about yanking the port. It’s solid but not bulky, and the locking mechanism feels secure when I need to keep the cable in place. Glad I added this to my kit.

I was nervous about yanking a cable out of my camera, but the magnetic lock holds firm until you need it to release. The support arm takes all the weight off the port, which is exactly what I needed for long tethered shoots.

The magnetic breakaway works exactly as promised, so a yank on the cable releases it cleanly instead of yanking my camera connector. Set it up on a light stand for a tethered shoot and the port stayed stress-free the whole afternoon.
