I’ve been using this tripod for a few weeks now and the fact that it collapses down to just 18.8 cm while still extending past 1.8 meters is honestly wild. Setting it up at its minimum height for ground-level macro shots feels rock solid, no wobble at all.

The detachable leg that converts into a full monopod is incredibly handy for hiking, and the whole setup feels rock-solid even at full extension. I’ve used it in some windy conditions and was surprised at how stable it stayed.

I was skeptical about the max height of 1.86m being stable, but even fully extended it handles my heavy telephoto setup without a wobble. The detachable leg making a full monopod is clever, and the whole thing packs down to a size that fits in my carry-on.
