Was looking for a simple way to mount a small LED panel onto a light stand, and this little spigot did the trick perfectly. The hex nut center gives you just enough grip to tighten it securely by hand without needing a tool.

The hex nut center made it easy to tighten with a small wrench, and the threads threaded smoothly into both my tripod and ball head. No wobble at all once it was snugged down.

I was worried about finding a solid way to connect two pieces of gear, but the metal build on this little adapter feels really sturdy. The hex nut center made it easy to grip with a wrench and tighten securely without any slipping.
