Eizo CH2700 Monitor Hood

I was skeptical at first, but the hood blocks overhead office lights completely—no more squinting at spreadsheets. The side panels slide in and out smoothly, which made adjusting it on my desk a breeze.

The matte interior does a fantastic job killing reflections from the overhead light, and it snaps together without any tools. I can finally work on dark photo edits without tilting my screen.

I wasn't sure how much difference a hood would make, but the matte interior lining really soaks up light, not just blocking it. It attaches with a simple velcro strap and doesn't wobble at all. Now I can work late without squinting at reflections.
